The Albany-Monticello Basketball League is proud to support high school and youth basketball for the communities of Albany and Monticello. A portion of the funds raised through admission and concession sales are donated back to the community. Previous donations and contributions include:

Each year Albany-Monticello Basketball League awards scholarships to senior students who have been positively impacted by, and who have dedicated time to, the Albany-Monticello Youth Basketball Program.

Application Requirements

Write a 400-600 word essay describing how participating in the basketball program has influenced your life and how the skills and lessons learned in basketball will help you in the future. Document your volunteer involvement with youth basketball with the Albany-Monticello Basketball League

Award Selection and Distribution

The Albany-Monticello Basketball League board members will select the recipients of the scholarship award which will be handed out on Senior Class Night.
